*Discuss rate of services.  Minimum: 1-3hrs. Maximum:5hrs.per day
*Special rates-contingent on situation.
*We set up date to begin
*Cancellation policy: 24hrs. 
*We sort out items to keep, sell, donate, give away and throw out.
* Suggestions are made for places to donate, sell and disposal of trash.
*Suggestions of stores are made to purchase things for organization.
*Suggest ways to maintain organization.
